This flour has been created from organic hard white wheat (triple-washed and sprouted) and fresh ground flax. There's no need for extra steps or conversion, just use it 1:1 in your favorite recipes!

Making bread just got easier! You will love the soft light texture of breads made with SproutedWheat™ Bread Flour. Sprouted wheat flour is much easier to digest, and we've added a few other ingredients to make your breads even more nutritious and delicious. Use this flour 1:1 in your favorite bread recipe. When using SproutedWheat™ flour, cut your prep time in half! Simply mix well, cover and let sit for 20 minutes, then shape, let it rise and bake.

Please note: When making bread with either SproutedWheat™ flour - for best results, do not over-mix.
