Sprouted Wheat flour is much easier to digest, and we've added a few other ingredients to make your breads even more nutritious and delicious. (Fresh ground Organic Flax and Sunflower Lecithin.) Use this flour 1:1 in your favorite bread recipe. When using SproutedWheat™ flour, cut your preparation time in half. (Simply mix well, cover and let sit for 5 minutes, then shape and let rise and bake.)
