Home / Sprouted Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:

 Wisk together:

1 1⁄4 C. Sprouted Wheat Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1⁄4 tsp. Baking Soda
1⁄4 tsp. Salt

In a separate bowl mix:
1 C. Milk (Water may be substituted)
1 Tbl. Lemon Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbl. Oil
1 Tbl. Honey
1 Tbl. Water
1 Egg


Mix together wet and dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Let sit 1 minute. (The batter will thicken as it sits.)

Cook on a hot griddle, (350 degrees) turning once when the bottom is golden brown.

Serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
