This is for two 5-lb (2.7 kg) bags of SproutedWheat™ All-Purpose Flour.

This flour has been created from organic hard white wheat (triple-washed and sprouted) and fresh ground flax. There's no need for extra steps or conversion, just use it 1:1 in your favorite recipes!
